  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    No. Our packages are designed to be flexible to fit your needs, even when they change.

  • Will I work with more than one assistant?

    Your main point of contact will be your designated EA. If your EA is unavailable (vacation, sick, LOA, etc), backup support will be provided.

  • How do we communicate and collaborate?

    We use your preferred tools (email, slack, phone, text, project boards, G-Suite, etc) to keep communication clear and efficient.

  • Can you help with personal tasks?

    Absolutely. We can assist with life admin tasks like nanny management, school calendar management, project coordination, party planning, travel planning, and more.

  • Do you sign NDAs or protect confidentiality?

    Yes. Protecting your data and privacy is a priority and we handle all information with professionalism and discretion. Your contract will include an NDA.
