    Clients rely on us for executive administration, calendar and inbox management, travel, personal appointments, household coordination, caregivers and vendors, events, paperwork, research, projects, and much more. During your introductory call, we’ll help identify what makes the most sense to delegate first.

  • How do you protect confidential information?

    Privacy and discretion are central to our work. We handle sensitive personal and professional information carefully, and every client agreement includes confidentiality protections and an NDA.

  • How do we communicate and collaborate?

    We work through the tools you already prefer, including email, phone, text, Slack, shared calendars, Google Workspace, and project-management platforms.

  • What happens if my assistant is unavailable?

    We offer trained backup coverage when your primary assistant is away so important responsibilities continue moving forward.
