Founders of Savvy Executive Support

We’re Evelin and Jen: longtime executive assistants, operations pros, and people who genuinely care about helping leaders and families feel supported.

We met while working at a Fortune 500 company, supporting senior executives and learning what it truly takes to keep things moving behind the scenes. Over time we noticed something important. The people with the most support were always the ones able to rise, while so many capable and overwhelmed professionals were left juggling everything alone. And even when someone had an EA, the support often stopped the moment they left the office.

We started Savvy to change that.

We believe executive support should be more than calendar invites and reminders. It should be intuitive, proactive, and rooted in trust. Support should give leaders space to focus, grow, and lead without burning out.

And we also know life doesn’t stop when the laptop closes. Between family logistics, school events, travel planning, and everyday admin, many professionals are carrying just as much at home. That’s why Savvy supports the whole picture, work and family, so you can spend more time on what actually matters.

    Evelin is the Co-Founder of Savvy and a seasoned executive assistant with over 10 years of experience supporting leaders across HR, restaurant industry, E-Commerce, and many C-level executives. Originally from Boston, MA, she brings a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a deep passion for creating structure in fast-paced environments. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her loved ones.

    Jen Cogan is a co-founder of Savvy Executive Support with 10 years of executive assistant experience across industries including retail, healthcare, consulting, tech, finance, legal, transportation, and AI. Originally from the South Shore of Massachusetts, she holds a Bachelor’s degree from American University in Washington, D.C. She brings a calm, strategic approach to support and has a personal love for family, the outdoors, travel, and exploring the future of AI.
