We’re Evelin and Jen—longtime executive assistants, operations pros, and people who genuinely care about helping leaders feel supported.

We met while working at a Fortune 500 company, supporting senior executives and learning what it really takes to keep things moving behind the scenes. Over time, we noticed a pattern: the people receiving the most support were always at the top—while so many capable, overwhelmed professionals were left juggling everything on their own.

We started Savvy to change that.

We believe executive support should go beyond calendar invites and reminders. It should be intuitive, proactive, and grounded in trust. It should give leaders room to focus, grow, and lead—without burning out trying to do it all.

We also know your day doesn’t end when the workday does. Between meetings, family logistics, school events, and life admin, many professionals are carrying too much. We’re here to help you stay on top of it all— so you can spend more time on what matters most.

    Jen Cogan is a co-founder of Savvy Executive Support with 10 years of executive assistant experience across industries including retail, tech, finance, legal, transportation, and AI. Originally from the South Shore of Massachusetts, she studied pre-law in Washington, D.C. and brings a calm, strategic approach to support. Outside of work, she’s passionate about the outdoors, food, AI, and travel.
