Savvy Executive Support is assisting a wonderful family in Jamestown, Rhode Island, in their search for a reliable, caring, and engaging temporary babysitter for a two-week assignment this summer.
Position Details
Location: Jamestown, RI
Dates: August 10–21, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible)
Compensation: $32–$35 per hour, depending on experience
About the Family
This family consists of two adults and three children. They are seeking someone who can provide a safe, fun, and active environment for the children while supporting the family’s daily routine during this temporary coverage period.
Responsibilities
Pick up children from camp and drive them home safely
Supervise and engage children in afternoon activities
Encourage outdoor play, biking, and time at the family’s backyard beach
Prepare simple snacks and light meals
Maintain a positive, attentive, and organized environment
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is:
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Comfortable managing multiple children
A safe driver with a clean driving record
Energetic and enjoys spending time outdoors
Experienced in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or a similar role
